I don't understand this. The car definitely doesn't do 15.7l/100km. I would be bankrupt if it did.

Here's a video of the test they did. They made an initial test like any other MOT, including emissions control, but then they brought the car to a special section, seen in the video, that they clearly don't use often and spent some time testing the car at different speeds. Including at 300km/h, which I thought was a bit abusive to my car... just kidding
