I had the same issue with 2 of mine.
It was very much a botch job and got them off ok: I parked the car close enough to a wall so that the breaker bar (with short extension and socket) when on the bolt was about 3 inches away. I then used a length of wood as a lever between the wall and socket to apply lots of force to push the socket inwards towards the wheel. of course you will need 2 people to do this one to adjust the lever the other to undo. it worked for me and then I replaced with new bolts.
