Default Springs and shocks ID problem

Hi Volvo people
I know this topic has been covered before and I’ve spent a lot of time trawling through the answers but none of them seem to match the information I need.
I have a 2004 V70 D5 SE, Engine D5244T, mileage 178,450 and it needs two rear springs and two front shocks and, possibly, a new steering rack.
The Volvo dealer has quoted about £800 for the springs and shocks and stated that the rack from Volvo is now obsolete.
I would like to shop around for the parts but in their email, they did not give part numbers for the items and, as there are so many variations, I don’t want to buy a set that just looks like they’ll fit!
Many of the answers on this site say that the “Build” information will help me towards finding part numbers and it is shown on the plate inside the engine bay (see attached image) but the twelve digit number shown contains no letters as to identify the type of springs or shocks fitted e.g. 8F or D4 etc. Have I got the right reference number or is it lurking somewhere else?
As regards the steering rack, I have been told there are companies that will service them – it seems to be leaking PS fluid from where the column enters the rack.
Anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
