Android Auto
Hey everyone.
Just got a 2020 Xc40 and don’t seem to be able to connect my phone via usb. I only have one usb slot with out a white frame. I don’t seem to have Android Auto or Apple car play? Which seems to be a bit bizarre for a car with so much technology in the screen. I’ve tried my android phone and an iPhone and the car doesn’t recognise the phones. I’ve googled it to death and everything I read says I should be able just to plug it in but there is no app in the cars app section. Do I have to connect the car to my home Wi-Fi and download something? I’ve found the infotainment system quite a challenge from my VW Tiguan I’ve just got rid of 😂. The apps which are installed in the car don’t seem to be useful for anything really.. It has Spotify app but that doesn’t seem to do anything anything either? Thanks for any advice.
