Default V70 1.6L diesel drive 2009 - momentary drops in power

Hi,
I have a 2009 1.6 L diesel that has only done about 60,000 miles. Driving along on the flat, with my foot still on the accelerator, it seems to drop power for a few milliseconds then pick up again. It feels like I am momentarily lifting my foot a bit off the accelerator. I have taken it into the garage. In the last few months they have had to replace the DPF and the ERG valve and the tank that holds the fluid that goes to the DPF. These all went in the last few months and I got the engine system required / engine system service urgent messages. I keep hoping fixing these issues that are found will fix this fault with the momentary drop in power, but no. I think they are unconnected issues that have coincided with the timing. It feels like there is a drop in the amount of fuel going through. Today, I have had a problem with the car stereo that seems to happen when the drops occur (stereo stops playing as it happens). This has made me wonder whether there is anything electrical that could cause the problem I am experiencing? Anyone had anything similar?
