Default S60 D5 185 - Flat Spots, Limp Mode - Intercooler Bowed?

Hi

Last few days I've noticed flat spots in power, around 2.5-3k rpm. Then last night 'Engine System Service Required' popped up and car went into Limp mode. Got home and had a look around and noticed the plug on top of boost solenoid had come loose, plugged it back in, no Limp mode but still flat spots and System Service. Driving today at around 70mph, 'Soot Filter Full' came up and back into Limp mode.. Drove around 20 miles home in 4th gear to see if it would clear, would seem to clear up at get to around 80mph then bog again. Got home, turned it off and on again, no Soot Filter warning, back to how it was with flat spots..

Checked all vac pipes and hoses to IC & Turbo, all seem good. But then took the undertrays off and noticed how much the bottom of the IC is bowing down, with oil either end of it.. Before taking the whole lot off and replacing IC just wanted some hopeful confirmation that it is definitely the culprit?

I have noticed it is smoking slightly at idle lately, but never seen any whilst driving coming out the back.

I drive long journeys and it isn't exactly driven slowly, so can't imagine it would be DPF? .. Fuel Filter, EGR, Turbo?

S60 D5 185 140K miles.
