Default V70 D5 185 (2009) - MAP sensor fault?

Hi All,

My car triggered the EML earlier this week, so I had a look with VIDA and found the following:

ECM-P006900 MAP - Barometric pressure correlation
ECM-P222700 Barometric pressure circuit range/performance

I reset the DTCs, took it for a short drive and it felt ok to me, maybe a little rough at idle, so I stuck the battery on charge in case it was a low battery freak out thing (it's not used much currently).

I checked it again today and the EML came back on, same DTCs so it looks like there is a fault.

Am I right in thinking the MAP sensor is bottom of the intercooler, left hand side of the car, just above where the hose from the throttle body meets it? I took a few photos but imgur is being daft and won't re-size them, I'll try to post them later.

Anything else to check or test first? All electrical connections and hoses look ok, I can't see or hear any air leaks.

Volvotradeparts via eBay list the genuine sensor for £93.50, I'm assuming there's no point messing around with a non genuine cheaper part?

Thanks
Stu
