Default 2004 V70 D5-engine service required

I’ve recently bought a 2004 V70 D5, it’s got quite high mileage-212k, but has been well looked after and drives well.
Sometimes if I rev the engine over about 2500-3000 rpm, more so when not fully warm I get a message come up that says engine service required and it goes into limp mode, if I turn it off then on again it clears.
Has anyone else had this happen on theirs?, it doesn’t tend to happen when the engine is fully warm and been running for a while just usually within the first 15 mins or so of driving.
I’m thinking possibly a turbo hose?.
