Default Internal distributor shaft radial seal...what size is it?

Hi all,
I’m going to replace the o-rings and internal oil seal in my dizzy as a freshen up when I change my rotor arm. I can’t find any info online about the size of the internal radial oil seal that sits in between the fibre washers and prevents oil ingress into the cap.

There are plenty for sale online but only in the US! Volvo will only sell me a new dizzy unit but for the sake of a £2 seal I’d rather rebuild it myself.

I figure it should be a regular style nitrile rubber seal that can be sourced from a industrial links style company...if anyone can help on the dimensions that would be ace-I’d like to order the part before I take the dizzy apart so the car isn’t off the road for too long.
