Hi!I am new at the forum and I have a few questions about my 1995's 940tic auto saloon:

-First of all, this is my first auto and I was concerned about its idle speed. When hot it's around 900rpm and when cold it's around 1500-1600rpm in P or N, since in D or R, with the brake on, it slows down to 750rpm and 1200rpm respectively. Is this normal in automatics?

-Other thing I had stated a few times was that in hot summer with the break on, airco on and the lever in D the revs fall to near 500rpm and the car starts to shake and plum black smoke between shakes. Nowadays on cold morning starts it started to do something like that on the first seconds and it smokes more than I remember on a cold start! When it shakes the revs oscillate a little! Any Ideas of what could be?

-At last, there is a hose from the top of the engine to a pipe in the middle of another between air filter and turbo. Between both there is a large oil leak and the first hose is loose. Shouldn't be there a pipe clip or something to attach both?

I will appreciate your opinion!

Thanks

P.S. There is a leak around injector #3 from the fan, I thought it was from a leaking return line substituted a few months ago but it seemed that grew. Could that be related to shaking?
