Dr Agwu Guest Location:	740 3 speed auto + overdrive problem Hi All, i have a 740 auto, 1988, 125K on the clock. Some days i have a problem with the overdrive cutting out forcing it into 3rd and when i press the button i cant turn it back on again, other days it is fine! Normally when the overdrive cuts out the indicator lights up on the dash, but there has been occasions when it cuts out and the light doesn't light up. I have been told that dirty oil could cause it, but although it hasn't been changed lately it appears clean on the dip stick. Can anybody help or give me a link if this has been brought up before. Thanks.
