Breaking a 2002 S40 1.9D
Sorry for the delay posting this thread guys and girls, but I have been quite busy the last few days and also had to prepare the poor old V40 for the scrappies.
Here is a Diesel 1.9D S40 for breaking. Turbo seems to be in perfect condition with no play on the shaft at all, but I am going to send it over to a specialist to check it and make sure it is fine. Unfortunately, the colour is not the same as mine, so I can't take the body parts I needed.... The colour code for it is 339-22. Everything is available on the car, except the following which are already gone, or I am keeping or people have already reserved - Aircon hose, and a couple injectors are for me. - Both rear lights gone already. - blairs40 - ABS ring - pringle_addict - the gear gaiter base moulding, Complete light switch control unit. - Dean1985 - O/S caliper. (Depends which side littlehomer needs for his as he is after the spring only) - jasedarace - headlight connector to the headlights +loom - Littlehomer spring from rear calliper I always try to arrange the cheapest postage for everything I send. I use Royal Mail for small light packets, UPS/DHL for heavier bigger items (£7.99 for up to 25 kilos) and finally Collect+ which is £3.49 for up to 10 kilos but it takes 3-4 days to deliver. Let me know what you need and I will quote the prices. If you live locally to me then you are more than welcome to come and collect and I can even help with the replacement if it is not a big job. The car has 2 keyfobs, no leather interior, 15" Telestos alloys with good tyres on the front, not so good on the rear, towbar with electrics

I have the wiper arms for you from the V40 already and I have sent you an email already about the cup holders and the keyfob...
Boot seal already gone on my T4 as it was quite worn. Forgot to mention it here

Thanks Gatos, still interested in the gear gaiter base, and the light switch unit, but also the heater control unit if it works ok.
PM with prices if you like. Thanks |

I got in late today so didn't get a chance yet to clean the wheels and take photos of them. Will do so tomorrow.

Make sure the number of pins on the back of your headlight match the number of pins on the plug

Does this model use the same 5-pin MAF sensor as is used on other Phase One models? (Volvo part 30611533)
If it does,do you have the five-pin connector itself and would you be prepared to sell it without the rest of the loop? Last edited by lwspj; Dec 23rd, 2011 at 15:20. Reason: I didn't mean to include such a long 'Quote' section |
