Find a decent locksmih who can supply and code keys, or buy a key off ebay and get the locksmith to code that, some garages can code keys if they have the software.

What car is it, your insurer may pay for someone to gain entry.

You don't say what vehicle but, if it is recent, I can't help wonder if it's completely practical to run one of these cars in a country with no dealers. That would mean no (official) access to vida diagnostics the first time anything goes wrong.

Of interest, what is the car, and what is the country?

The country is Kazakhstan, his "Location" is the give-away, Aktau is the only sea port that Kazakhstan has on the Caspian Sea. See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aktau There doesn't appear to be any car dealerships that we would recognize in Kazakhstan.

Whoah!! Just hold on a minute!

We have an XC90 "exported" to Kazakhstan and both sets of keys just happen to have been "lost".

We seem to be falling over ourselves to tell a complete unknown how to break in and start it !!

This may be quite genuine - but the moon is also made of cheese.

At the very least this owner? needs to post the VIN number, where it was exported from and by whom, and who the previous owner was. Once you're CERTAIN this is not a stolen car/scam then by all means help. But just to tell somebody how to break in Jesus H CH+++T.

Mollusk.
