Default Oil warning light

Light comes on when taking right hand corners [or roundabouts] but goes out immediately you straighten up, oil level fine and recent oil change [was a problem before the oil change].

How many miles on the clock? - the oil (pressure) light illuminates to show low oil pressure which could be caused by pick-up starvation (blocked pickup filter in sump or low level), worn oil pump or faulty pressure switch. Since you have correct oil level you could try a new pressure switch first. The significance of the light illuminating on a corner suggests oil level is low and sloshing to one side in the sump exposing the pump pickup/filter. Definitely check your level is correct first (clean the dipstick if gungy). Has anybody removed the sump and messed around with the pick-up pipe/filter?
