Momo Daytona Steering Wheel and adaptor
Here's the Momo Daytona I was going to fit to my ES. Unfortunately my plans have changed.
It's in excellent condition bar a slight scuff at the base of the wheel (pictured). It has the boss \ hub adaptor for it to fit directly onto a 480 steering column. Before the daft questions start: 1. No, I won't take £50 posted for it. 2. No, I don't know if it will fit on your 440 \ 460. Please ask someone who knows the models better before PMing me incessantly. 3. No, I won't post it abroad unless you meet the postage costs. 4. Yes, I will take offers but only sensible ones. Every time one of these appears on eBay there's a mini bidding frenzy. Anyway, £100 collected (from South Manchester) or £110 posted. I'm not on the forum much, so if you want to get in touch my email is mischab18a@googlemail.com.

Yes, the Daytona (aka Silverstone) fits also on a non airbag 440/460.

It won't fit on an airbag model because the steering column is different. To make it fit you have to change the whole steering column for a non airbag one.

Hang on, let me just knit some fog.
No. Sorry. That's too much of a drop.

I too can confirm that this wheel will not fit to an airbag'd model. There's one in my garage to prove this!

Hi Jon,
this would go down well on V3M (volvo300mania.com) The 400 series wheel will fit the 340 and 360 with very minor mods that are well known to the V3m crowd. Suggest you post up on there and I'm sure it will be snatched up. The new alternator you have will also fit the 340 1.7 so worth putting that there also. By any chance will you take a fiver for the wheel posted? LOL |
