New C70GT owner :D
After my 86 740GL Estate which i adored (but had to sell when i got a new company car ) Ive always been after another Volvo, but ended up buying other cars because i got good deals on them (smart car, mondeo 1.8 and mk4 astra), so i decided to buy a new weekend car (as i do between 700 and 1k miles a week on my motorcycle) and it HAD to be a Volvo.
After looking at older 240 estates and the such, I decided to bite the bullet, and get a much newer car. Quick scour of this old site, the trader and the bay, and Ive bought this. 2002 Volvo C70 T GT (2.0 litre) Its completley stock, FSH, full GT spec (except electric memory seats) and it pretty good nick. 2 owners from new, years MOT and tax, ALL the electrics work, inc. traction control and climate control. It has a few scratches, but my mate is a car detailer, so these will be removed very soon, and it will get full paint correction and full protection detail. Oh, and there is the little detail of it having a genuine 43k miles !!!!!!!!!!! Test drove it today, and knocked £500 off the asking price. So i got it for £3.8k, which i think is a reet bargain. especially as its a manual, which i wanted, and its in a colour Ive never ever seen on a C70, even after spending days looking around the net at C70 info. And to top it all off, Ive got a fantastic quote from Chris Knott Insurance, on the front page of this site. Happy as a pig in the proverbia, and I cant wait to pick it up next saturday. Ant

Lovely looking cars, but i'm biased lol.One thing though, even with the low mileage, that's seem very over priced imo considering it's not a t5

I would agree as above.
I purchased a c70 t5 last week for £1300 on a Vreg, 100k on clock. Body is immaculate, and all it needed was a New fuel filter £11 and a flywheel sensor £16........Car is running sweet as a nut with Mot & Tax till late 2010. |

Cassi coupe looks good on the comets. Now you need to decide what needs changed or upgraded.
