Default H&R or Eibach springs

Changing out my springs and shocks and want to drop the car a small bit as it's like something on stilts. I'm fitting bilstein b4 shocks but from doing the research it looks like the Eibachs lower but barely noticeable and is close to OE comfort but H&R's give nice lower but ride is a bit harsher. Anyone have experience with these just looking for feedback on ride quality compared to OE.

Thanks
Steve

I have Eibachs on mine, it is considerably lower and defenitly noticeable. Struggle to get on some drive ways or over speed bumps. Would be impractical to go any lower but if thats the look then go for it

I recommend the Eibachs and what size alloys do you have on? Eibachs are a much more controlled ride to OEM, less body roll but still comfortable.

Used day to day and on trackdays and all fine

Did you change the shocks with the springs? On 17" wheels so rubbing shouldn't be an issue think I went with 45 or 40 offset cant remember off hand :0 . I have seen pics and the eibachs seem to give a nice drop on the front but not much on the rear thanks for the feedback.

no I just changed the coils, but will probably change the shocks next year. If you are running 17 wheels then yes there will be a gap but if you have 18's you'l find it fills out a lot more. I had 18 midirs on but swapped down to 17's for lightness and can now notice the gap but yes the rear is still higher than the front but the car was designed that way for handling.

On track the front grips like anything and is incredible. The chances are that lowering the back to make them even will just ruin the handling for you.
