Default Rear Washer Jet Not spraying

The rear washer jet on my '98 2.0 V40 ain't spraying. The pump makes the noise, but no water gets through. There's no leak when it sprays, and it isn't clogged. Could the pump be blocked? The fronts work fine.

try using the search funtion for similar problems. i remember reading a few post where people had similar problems, IIRC the nozzle may be blocked, try disconnecting it and see if it works then

I had the same problem. Turned out to be airlocked. Needed someone to hold the switch while I sucked on the pipe. Mouthful of stale screenwash but cured the problem.

I had this problem on mine and it turned out to be a jammed non-return valve. It is situated in the driver's side rear pillar and was a simple matter of removing it and flushing it through with clean water. But they are very cheap so it might be just as well to replace it.

Full instructions on how to get to it are on this forum somewhere - you should be able to find it via a search.
