Default V50 Upper rear lamps

As above, is there a trick to removing the interior panel to replace a failed upper bulb, or does it just pull off? It feels like something will break when I tug at it.

Thanks

EDIT: Figured it out - release tabs are at the bottom - don't try to pull it out from the top.

P.S. Yes, I did RTFM, it doesn't tell you how to release the tabs.
