Default Which Code Reader / Diagnostic for £70 ish

I've done a search of the forums but can't find recent recommendations for a diagnostic tool. I'll happily pay £70ish, may be useful to be able to see more than just engine diagnostics. Please advise on these, or similar. Thanks, Simon

Any OBDII code reader will do for the engine, but for access to other systems then you will need to spend more than £70.

Either of the ones you link to would do.
