Rattle when accelerating but not spark knock

This car will bankrupt me I reckon, the problems keep on coming, and here I was thinking FSH would do me well.

Recently noticed when windows are down, a plastic like rattle sound only when accelerating from under the car, have already eliminated ignition issues so now left suspecting a clutch related problem. If it's an exhaust shield I'd be pleasantly surprised.

If it's any coincidence, I also hear a vibrating object from behing the dash/foot well sitting in traffic which dissapears when I fully press down the clutch pedal. Any ideas?

Having already spent £1500 on the car in 2 months, I'm thinking of parting ways if it turns out to be the clutch as that would be close to £1k, I doubt my warranty would be willing to cover it unless its blown up into a thousand pieces!
