Default v70 2.4 140bhp Dual Mass Flywheel DMF and Clutch

hi,

My car has covered 160k and yesterday I suddenly felt clutch slip followed by some vibration. Got that horrible gut feeling that the DMF is shot too. Any thoughts?
Having priced new parts, I am thinking about going down the used parts route if sound.
Also, anyone fitted a Solid Mass Flywheel?

Many thanks, Gerard

UPDATE: I have found a DMF on eBay for £20 and have sourced a 2pc clutch kit and slave cylinder from carparts4less for £178... well pleased.
