Default Car Rpm stuck at 1500rpm

Hi, don't suppose anyone could give me some directions to what's happening with my car.

About 3 month ago I was driving my car up some ramps and car ended up rolling back and I slammed my brakes on, straight after my idle RPM stay exactly on 1500. I continued with my oil change and started the car, it was still happening.
I then decided to clean the egr and it went back to normal.

2 week later happens again and fortnightlly for next 3 month yesterday its happened and this time it won't go away.
I've cleaned the throttle body and still no luck also bought new egr, tried it with the egr closed and unplugged but still no luck.

when my car is idle its 1500rpm, I can use my clutch and change gear that allows me to drive without using my accelerator .
When I press accelerator with gentle increase in rpm I can go to max rev but if I floor it, my accelerator stops working.
Also if press brake the rpm drops to 800 and stays there as long as my brake is pressed, moment I release it goes back to 1500.

Also when my egr is plugged in my car jerks when accelerating, and when unplugged it stops, this started to happen a month after the first episode of high rpm

My car is a volvo v50 1.6 drive 109ps
I've had 2 error codes
P193b and when the accelerator stops working I get p1577.

Any help will be appreciated thanks
.

When I google those codes they come back as to do with pedal position sensors. So.. maybe when you slammed the brakes you clipped the accelerator pedal too, or they're related and it's buggered it?

Can you try replacing the pedal position sensor?

A V70 but potentially similar process -https://youtu.be/9TRb3meqIWY

I've had the pedal off and unplugged and the revs remained same.

I've had my egr unplugged and plugged in and still happening, but after unplugging the egr a few times with my car engine on it went back to normal.

I've since has to repeat this process 4 times since first post.

Maybe try the whole cleaning the CEM routine?
