Question rear wiper arm

I remember reading somewhere on the forum about changing the rear wiper arm on an 850 for one from a Peugeot or Renault? Can anyone remember what model it was, and can they confirm that it does actually fit the spindle correctly? The reason I'm asking is that the spring in my wiper arm is very weak and so it isn't wiping correctly - it seems a good opportunity to fit a sleeker looking arm

Thanks,
RT

Mk2 Wiper 98-01 is perfect fit, same bore etc, and spring loading is better, so it actually wipes the rear windscreen at the top, without hitting spoiler

Most of Pics etc were lost in the VPC crash

I may have them buried on photobucket or T5D5 somewhere

Thumbs up Magnifico!

Thats brilliant - many thanks to you both. I vaguely recalled it being a small French car but couldn't remember what it was. Cheers!

I bought this one a couple of weeks ago and looks great... there's another one on e-bay from the same company... item number: 140329717541

If you want a picture of it on mine, send a pm

it comes Very close to Spoiler as is acutely longer, and IMHO doesn't look as good, I did have the V90 wiper on mine, till some bugger pulled off the cover, hence why I went on the search for something better

I have tried Many wiper arms, and for sweep/cleaning/looks it was the best available (a couple of quid from breakers and had brand new blade in)
