XC90 Driver seat won't move forward or backwards

Hi all,

Quick one. My driver's seat on my MY2016 was moved all the way backwards, and now it won't move forward. All the other controls work just fine - up, down, backrest etc. Memory button's only switch mirrors, not the seat settings.

Cleaned all the plugs, etc, nothing. Anyone had a problem like that?

Same problem here with my 2006 XC90. But it is just intermittent. After some time that same day it stared moving fwd and bwd again. I would like to understand what is going on to come with a definitive solution.
