Default Starting tread depth on a 17" Active Conti Tyre?

Hi,

Does anyone know the starting tread depth, on the Continental 235/65 17 tyre, fitted to the Active model?

Just want to see how quick they are wearing away. All 4 are about 6.5mm after 7000 miles.

Thanks.

Mick..

What exact model of tyre is this? Also what is the load level and speed rating?

Examples:

Conti 4x4 Contact load and speed rating 108V or 104V or 104H, then starting tread is 11/32" = 8.7 mm.

But sometimes I think the starting tread depth may be different for different load or speed ratings of the same model tyre.

The Conti CrossContact LX 108H XL starting tread depth is 12/32" = 9.5 mm.

Hi Mick - I've just recently had the front pair of contis replaced on my Active at 22k miles, rear still OK. I'm fairly happy with that sort of wear as I'm not driving like a Sunday driver.
