Smile C30 D5 Auto problem...

Hi folks, can anyone help please?. I've recently bought a C30 D5 R-Design with the 5 speed Geartronic gearbox and, as usual, always do what any car loving guy would do, full service with timing belt kit and gearbox flush. She's covered 107k miles and is a 58 plate. She is a dream to drive, totally love her to bits apart from one small problem, the very noticeable gearbox irregularities. When she's cold everything works perfectly. When she's up to temperature things seem very different to normal. Gear changes seem very quick up the box and there's a double jolt when selecting drive. Still pulls like a train and is ubelievably smoothe but it's just this gearbox problem that's bugging the life out of me. The double jolting is quite bad at times and sometimes there's a bit of a bang when the second jolt happens. For a car with a full service history and has been very well looked after, is 100k miles a normal mileage for such a prestigious car to have gearbox failure?. She's the lightweight C30 hatchback with the monsterous D5 engine and gearbox, the same ones they use in the bigger heavier models.
Thanks for looking and I look forward to some sort of guidance and to get my C30 back to perfect once again, Del.

Some Geartronic were indeed ticking bombs and 100K miles was about the timing. No fix that I've heard of.

Got her booked into the Main Stealer for a diagnostics check. £84 for the pleasure to tell me if there's any updates due, then it's extra to pay for them!. I'll keep you informed.
