Default V90 Annoying Tap/Click SOLVED

For some time I've been getting an annoying Tap/Click from the load cover when I go over speed tables. When you open the tailgate the load cover parks so you can't reproduce it.

So, today, I folded the seats and climbed into the boot area and flicked the cover until I could trace the sound. It's coming from the RHS load cover tab that sits in the track. The noise is because the tab sticks on the retractor mechanism and then flicks the retractor against the guide.

I tried some silicone grease but it made no difference. So the final fix is 3 wraps of gaffer tape on the tab.

A quick test and it's silent.

The bluetak bodge will achieve this as well, the tape is better in this case as it will work with the motion of the pivot better.
