Help with headlamp part number

Hi

Can any one confirm if part number 31214805 LH headlamp is xenon? it from a 2010 C30 (not sure which model) and I need it for my 2012 C30 (Resign) The head lamps looks identical to the one fitted on my car by that part number is 31299820.

Any thoughts?

Can't find any reference to that part number in VIDA although every google search reference I can find comes up as halogen not bi-xenon.
