2012 meeting in stirling

I'd like to ask if anyone would be interesting in showing their car at the annual Stirling and District Classic Car Club show in May 2012?

It would be great to have a Volvo Owners Club stand next year. I am a member of the SDCCC and also the VOC.

We have just had our annual show today with over 500 cars shown but I didnt see too many volvos there, a few P1800,s but that was about it.

The date is still to be confirmed yet but would suspect it will be either 2nd or 3rd Sunday in May.

As and when I get more information about it I will post on here. In the mean time if you think you would be interesting in attending there can you stick a wee message on here to give me an idea of numbers.

I realise its still a year away but I like to start early

Hi Max, yes would be happy to attend with the Amazon. Leave a message for Dunc at the Scottish Section and I am sure he will arrange something. If nopt then unless something else turns up I will attend.

Would be good Gordy. Amazon now finished and on the road. Hope to take her to Crieff in couple of weeks. Are you going with the 240?

This month's regular meet of the Scottish section is in Crieff. All are welcome to attend. Full details are available elsewhere in this forum.

Thanks to those that have shown interest in attending next years show.

The date has now been confirmed as the 20th May 2012 so get it penciled in. I'll be there with my volvo 480, this year I attended with my Reliant Scimitar but missed my volvo so next year its getting the attention it deserves.

If anyone is interested in joining the Stirling and District Classic Car Club please feel free to check out their website on www.sdccc.co.uk

All are welcome whether you have a car or not.

Hi, I have a Volvo 850 which is not classic as yet, but would be happy to show up in Triumph Spitfire 4 mk1 if i am around next year and not away on business travels.
