Strange beeping sound intermittant

hi guys

im at the end of my tether. just dont know what to do.

i am getting a beeping sound coming from somewhere inside my car. i think its coming from the front passenger seat. the sound comes on randomly and lasts 5-10 minutes. the sound still persists even if i switch the engine off. the beep sound is different to the rear PDC. no front PDC is fitted. on passenger side rear seat ive got a car seat fitted with isofix. just dont know what to do. please help.

Can't help as such but I would search for seatbelt problems first.

If you fasten all 5 seatbelts in the car does the beep continue?

Might help if you tell us what model and year you drive??

If this is because you have reasonably heavy things sat on a seat it will think there's a passenger unbelted, tell the Amazon box to buckle up.

Thanks for the help guys. I found the beep. It was the isofix base. The leg that sits in the footwell wasn’t extended enough. Didn’t realise the damn thing beeped.

Well I never, at least you found it and hadn't resorted to psychotherapy
