Classic Swede Polybush kit
I've just treated my wagon to a Classic Swede full suspension red polybush kit!
OMG!!! I can't believe the difference in my cars handling, superb! Really inspires confidence and no more clunking and banging from the back end. Many thanks Dai !! Dave A.

How do these red poly bushes compare with the blue ones from SuperPro? The SuperPro ones give a substantially firmer ride. There are also softer, polyethylene bushes sold by Volvogue. I'm about to do all except the rear TABs in the rear suspension on my sedan (did the big rear TABs a few years ago). I haven't decided what to go for. I drive on a real mix of roads, from smooth motorways to concrete roads with expansion joints (yuk).

Did you use a special tool to get any of the bushes out? I was think of the big ones - rear lower trailing arm to rear axle.
And are poly bushes harder to replace than the stock ones? I've got that 'bag of rocks' sound going on in the back - it's clearly knackered bushes. John |

The only time I've ever done this job, the outer shells had rusted through and fell to pieces. So I had to use the standard replacements anyway, and make up a puller with spacers between the lugs.
I don't think you can get empty shells without any rubber in them, for fitting poly bushes from scratch? |
