Noisy in 2,3,4 Speed

Hi Everybody!
I've got an S80 D5 with manual5 speed gearbox.
Recently it started to make a little noise in special in 3rd and 4th speed, i did not pay attention to much.
Now the noise it's worse and i can hear it in second gear as well but not in 1st and 5th. The gearbox is working perfect except this noise.
Any sugestions? Any special treatment for it ? could be just the oil or it's too late to say that?

Hi,

Have you checked the quantity of oil and its quality in the gearbox??

Start there..

I have changed the oil and added some gearbox aditive. It's the same , maybe a little improvement in the noise level, but i am not very sure .Could it be the pilot bearing ( bushing)?
