Volvo 1800E Original Split Rim Alloy Wheels

Here I have 7 x 1800E wheels.
Three have decent tyres on.
Most have got pretty bad oxidisation between the steels rim and alloy.
I am not sure that these wheels are restorable or entirely safe or useable as they are.
The studs all seem OK but the alloys centres have distorted on some.
I have refurbished some slightly better wheels (example attached - not part of any deal) and the new paint seems to 'contain' the oxidisation material.
At the very least, would serve as set of slave wheels and some would make acceptable spare wheels.
Would be even better if somebody could refurbish these by separating the alloy and putting them into new steel rims with new studs etc.
