Fitting electric folding mirrors (one car to another)
I currently have a 2005 V70 with folding mirrors. I am buying a 2006 with manual mirrors
I've read software needs updating when retro fitting electric mirrors but I wondered if by having a complete car to remove parts I could wholly swap the part with the 'correct' software? They're very handy and now I have had them I would prefer not to lose them |

Software for the mirrors is embedded in the Cem.. you can change the cem from your other car, BUT there is some cloning involved..
Better to instsall the mirrors and button and pay for the software, much easier..,, |
