Donald A Berghamn upholstery
I am new to this!
I have a 2003 v70 S ie the 2.4 normally aspirated 140 bhp model Can anyone tell me whether the Berghamn grey velour upholstery is still made, and where I can buy it - it is torn and it would be nice to redo the front seats I have tried Volvo UK but they are completely disinterested, which, considering I have had Volvo estates (145,245,740,year 2000 v70, successively ) is not impressive Regards Donald A |

You're looking for cloth to supply your upholsterer?
An industrial upholstery shop was near me and had uncountable samples in swatch books. For example, they had leather swatches and dead-matching vinyl examples. It's what my Volvo got. They maintained SEPTA (think Philadelphia) busses and moved closer. |

Unique Auto Trimming 01372 450076 might be worth a call. I just Googled car upholstery in Leatherhead.
They don't have a website but I suspect they will be a better bet than Volvo. Good luck. |

I'd bet few, if any, have attempted contacting HQ.
Give it a go and see. I bet they'll tell you pre-made replacement seat coverings are available or not. I also bet, unless you find an example of NOS (New Old Stock), you'll be directed to find your own cloth.....not the worst thing. Years ago, I sat in the only 70 series I've ever seen with cloth seats and remember liking them very much. They were velour and had a high knap. There were three upholstery & top shops near me at one time. I suppose the 'tradesmen die-out' is occurring where you are too. |
