I think I posted a piece in the 1800 section about me having more or less committed to buy Delores (1973 P1800ES) in the autumn. I’d have to pay proper money for that - so if the 164 was cheaper by a good margin then we would have to see.

Addendum: I’ve attached a photo of the space I want to fit another garage and a half into - so it looks like it was a double in the first place. Once that is done I can acquire another interesting motor car. I have a timber carport kit arriving next Tuesday for GAM to live under.

I think the 164 has a real Gentleman’s Club interior so naturally I thought of you Alan!
Don’t you just love the burgundy leather?🧐

Can see it staying on there for quite a while, or until Moomoo empties his piggybank

Cheers
Steve

PS - Good luck with the car port next week 👍

Actually I like everything about that motor car Dave - it would suit me better than the P1800ES but I've sort of agreed to buy that one once I am able to accommodate it.

Plans change though, so I'll keep an eye on the 164, if it went for a good enough price I might be tempted.

... the burgundy leather is coolio

I wonder whether it is a commission sale by the dealer - the seller wants 10 grand an so has added the commission onto the price?
