If one of the rubber fuel pipes is leaking Andrew, the others won't be long before they do as well.
While you're under there, i suggest you drop the tank out and renew the rubber fuel hoses all in one go. Mine had a mixture of 12mm and 8mm bore hoses, i suspect yours will be the same. Fit new fuel hose clips as well.
