I raised the back end by about 6 inches and put some sleeper blocks under the wheels and lowered the jack.
I used an hydraulic press to get the old ones out and that combined with a vice for re-fitting the bushes.
I was able to replace a small section of fuel pipe that started leaking with me messing about, so glad that showed up when it did.
Round 2 when the rubber ones arrive.
