I guess we will only find out once they get delivered! A lot of conflicting information from Volvo. Personally, they shouldn't be advertising 48 miles of range when the smaller batteries got nowhere near the 34 miles advertised currently. For reference, you are lucky to get 25 on a good day. Based on this, you'd be lucky for the new batteries to get 35. A 10 mile range difference based on the astronomical cost increases for this model year really don't make financial sense at all...
