I can't find any confirmation of this on-line, in fact, all data published by Volvo here and in the official MY22 brochure, states 253bhp for the ICE and 145bhp the electric..

My understanding is that the full 145bhp power of the electric engine is only accessible in pure electric mode with the T6 drive train, and is limited in power mode to achieve the 350bhp max.
