If the pump is on its last legs keep the tank full, the fuel keeps the pump cool.
Also check its got genuine volvo spark plugs, these are a must on the T4.

Cheers dude. The guy i got her off said to keep using the platinum plugs and that mine had areound 10k left on them, i havent done close to 10k yet so i presume there still cool. Now that you mention it, it only really happens around the 20 liter mark.. Actually also my trip computer has stopped working. Does anyone know how to fix that?
