Where is it leaking from ? I would recommend replacing both heater hoses at the same time, following Mike's tip about using knife to cut off old hoses. Be aware of a possible source of leaks, the heater hose can wear through by being in contact with the dipstick tube ! Try putting a piece of old hose round the new one and tie wrapping it on at this point I was amazed at the reasonable price for genuine Volvo anti-freeze / coolant from a main dealer, with VOC discount compared well with other places.
