Exactly here you said fit only a genuine pump. This is not you saying you prefer genuine. This is you saying fit only genuine, aftermarket parts will fail and won't make next 108k.
All untrue. Every water pump i changed on every car hasnt failed.
Gates etc make the belts for most manufacturers.
The manufacturers put their badge on it and charge 3 times as much.
So I'm entitled to my opinion too and to let the public know this is wrong information your given out
