£7 to fill the washer bottle doesn't sound particularly cheap, but I guess it depends on how well it works.
Some of the super cheap ones are terrible, smear like crazy and you have to use loads to shift even a tiny amount of diesel film off your windscreen.
I guess the only way to find out is to try it. Perhaps a single bottle first though!
