The Chassis brace is fitted between the two main chassis rails underneath between the engine and gearbox.
If you look on your 940 Sport It should already have one, I think all Turbo cars did have them, most NA cars didnt. Worth checking to see if yours doesnt already have one.
Below is a pic of an IPD one fitted to show you where to look, i think most American 700's and 900's didnt have them hence IPD making there own version to sell.
You'd be suprised how much the chassis can flex, as to fit them you have to ensure the car is on its wheels, as having it jacked up on one side will mean the chassis flexes and the bolt holes go out of alignment.
