Much much better is the bigger 15g turbo off a 850 t5; (or 16T turbo (this has a 360 degree thrust bearing)).
Fit one of those and a better cam and run it at 12 to 15psi. You'll need chips though.

I'm happy running the car at 11-12psi, with the stock 13c. That's why i'm trying to stop it spiking. I don't want too run 15psi
