Thanks Owen, it's notable that you are on 2012 maps, yet have the postcode search and a different interface design.

Also your software is older 1404 as opposed to 1405 - assuming Volvo make it that easy! Wonder if it's anything to do with the car the nav is in, as mine is a V70, guess they could differentiate by hardware type - pure supposition though.

I found another thread, on a German forum, where the guy's software didn't update with the 2015 map disc. He'll have had the 'B' disc, where as I have the 'A' disk for the UK. That was also on 1405.
