The boot lock barrell wouldn't work so after a strip down it turned out to be seized in the tiniest bit of oxidation, a bit of a clean up, regreased and assembled and it is working perfectly now.

I also started stripping down the front end to get the front bumper off for welding up the front end.
The bolts kept snapping and the drivers side headlight plug just wouldn't come out so I've had to cut the wires and they will need soldering back together once I've got the plug out of the headlight!
I started it up and listened to it running, it is blowing badly on #3 where the manifold bolts to the head so I will need new manifold gaskets and a turbo oil drain seal.
