Hi Jase,
I bought a used Witter towbar on ebay from a 2010 D5 AWD with a dedicated 13-pin wiring harness and easily fitted it to a 2016 D4 FWD.
The only issue was the wiring module, that I needed to buy the latest model from Right Connections for £50.
